About Elsechord

Elsechord builds infrastructure for software and embodied agents.

Our work draws on experience in research and systems development. In embodied intelligence, we study navigation, world models, and action feedback. In agent development, we work on tool integration, coordination, and complete workflows.

These experiences lead us to study problems in concrete environments. Film understanding needs memory across scenes and the ability to revisit earlier moments. Corporate-information tasks need clear data conditions and evaluation criteria. Multi-agent systems need ways to coordinate work and execution. Our current projects develop from these questions.

We aim to turn this work into infrastructure more developers can use. Each direction requires its own technical progress, followed by clear interfaces, tools, and documentation that bring those capabilities into a wider range of tasks.

How we work

Study methods in working systems

Real inputs expose the cost, failure conditions, and integration challenges of a method. We use those results to decide what to research and build next.

Let the task shape the design

Software and embodied tasks have different feedback, timing requirements, and execution conditions. Those conditions guide our implementations and our search for capabilities that can work across tasks.

Publish work others can examine and use

Open-source projects and technical reports let us share implementations, experimental conditions, and design choices that other researchers and developers can understand, use, and improve.
